As the new rule i filled kyc foram & linked my addhar with my Indane Gas connection . i also received the conformation message on my mobile number of adhdhar linked. As the distributor request i filled KYC form i submitted with the documents which are needed about a week ago , other wise my connection not started.

so request you to do needful.and start my connection as soon as possible.

Hello Team,

I had transferred my existing connection to Kolkata from Orissa.

I have deposited all the requested document and the desired amount to the nearest Indane Gas Distributor whose address I have mentioned below.



Krishnapur, Newtown, Kolkata , 700102

I had deposited the amount on 26/02/2015 and all my document was also verified on the same day.

They had promised me to get the cylinder handed over with in next 10 days. But till today I haven’t received the Indane Gas Cylinder .

Its already more than 25 days past but no response from the distributor.

Can you please escalate this case and do the needful urgently .

Harassment of Senior Citizen at Uday Gas Service at Ajmer Rajasthan Consumer no. 5397

After my Fathers death, Uday Gas Ajmer Rajasthan 3 years back asked for all the documents to my Mother ,to make the Indane Gas Connection in her name, which after 2-3 trips to remote corner of Ajmer where they are located, has been submitted. Recently they stopped supplying the booked Gas, due to requirement of Adhar card and account no not available. They asked her to visit the office which is very much away in one corner of city. On reaching there they told her the 3 year before submitted documents are not in record, and on insistence they found the documents in their files only.and declared that submitted affidavit is too old and she need to producea new one, and made her to go to all the way to court and make new one, which was due to their mistake. On reaching back to place they again asked her to go back and bring RS20/- stamp to fill the form and sign, which was impossible for us due to her health and she had to leave the procedure for another day. They also treat Senior Citizens very rude way. Is the way Senior citizens has to run pillar to post just to get gas cylinder re-filled. Could you as them to serve properly and fine them for their rude services, not only to my Mother but to all customers this way.

Dear sir/madam

I applied for the second Indane Gas Connection on 13 January 2015. I got the gas cylinder with document today on 17 February 2015. In between these days I went 6-7 times to the dealer office for the second cylinder. When today I got the things I saw there is nothing printed except dealers address in the document. When I asked about this they just simply said it’ll come like that only. So I requested you to change this document which I got with proper details.

My consumer no. Is 7005 which is also not typed.
