Last Indane Gas Booking confirmed by SMS cash memo generated, message received against delivery of my cylinder but still not received any gas.
This is happening on a regular basis, there I request your kind enough to take corrective measures against this kind of mishap.
The Indane Gas Distributor says he has got nothing to do with it catch the delivery boy.
Is that possible for a consumer to catch the delivery boy who is working under the distributor.
Below is my booking details through IVRS.
Gas agency – Veeresh gas , Nagshetihally, Bangalore.

Booked on 13 march 2015 – with reference – 319055
I received the below SMS on 19 march 2015.
But no cylinder was delivered at my place. Please look into this sir.
Dear Indane Gas Customer, your cyl is delivered against cash memo no. 3000345158 generated for booking number 319055. Shall be deliver shortly.

my Indane Gas Customer Care Number is 525886,. [ jed cherla telangana state] i am linked by adhar card.
we have booked the gas with your mobile # 09848824365, there is no reply.
we went to sri venkatsewara gas agencey by taking the empty cylinder, to get t he booked cylinder, but it is closed.
we have made several call, still no reply, we are fed up, can the service be improved, from last 2 days we are borrowing cylinder from other and cooking the food, what kind of service is this, can it be improved ,can we get cylinder tmrw, or we have to switch to other supplier or move our complain to higher level, extremely unhappy with service, request your help to solve this

After 49 days I have not get the deli vary of Indane Gas.Such delay in every month is difficult to me.thereFore I am requesting u to necessary action for regularise the deli vary of gas.

I had deposited the amount on 26/02/2015 and all my document was also verified on the same day.
They had promised me to get the cylinder handed over with in next 10 days. But till today I haven’t received the cylinder .
Its already more than 25 days past but no response from the distributor.
Can you please escalate this case and do the needful urgently .

Harassment of Senior Citizen at Uday Gas Service at Ajmer Rajasthan Consumer no. 5397
After my Fathers death, Uday Gas Ajmer Rajasthan 3 years back asked for all the documents to my Mother ,to make the Indane Gas Connection in her name, which after 2-3 trips to remote corner of Ajmer where they are located, has been submitted. Recently they stopped supplying the booked Gas, due to requirement of Adhar card and account no not available. They asked her to visit the office which is very much away in one corner of city. On reaching there they told her the 3 year before submitted documents are not in record, and on insistence they found the documents in their files only.and declared that submitted affidavit is too old and she need to produces new one, and made her to go to all the way to court and make new one, which was due to their mistake. On reaching back to place they again asked her to go back and bring RS20/- stamp to fill the form and sign, which was impossible for us due to her health and she had to leave the procedure for another day. They also treat Senior Citizens very rude way. Is the way Senior citizens has to run pillar to post just to get gas cylinder re-filled. Could you as them to serve properly and fine them for their rude services, not only to my Mother but to all customers this way.
